    Undaunted, undeterred.

The relentless rain has not dampened the enthusiasm of the cherry tree
peering into my window, its clothes a blaze of fluffy clouds.
    Birds drift silently onto the full branches, as if in slow motion;
the cherry’s hopeful cloak enveloping & caressing wings still cool from
    night’s withdrawal.

Joyful blossom dances in the early morning breeze, as
    the tree’s exuberance
        lifts me,
                calls me,
                         challenges me

“Come outside & sit awhile beneath my canopy”

    So I do
The benediction of transcendent life folding around me,
    until I too,
        rise
                and
                        dance into Spring.

Liking this. I've been reflecting recently on the thinking of Eckhart Tolle - one consciousness many forms, living in the now. Seems to echo that thread and flow somehow.

I love to notice, & to wonder & to journal on the things I wonder about: as the poet David Whyte says ~to "overhear myself saying things I didn't know I knew"
    What do you wonder?
